CONTRACT

This contract represents the total agreement between buyer and seller.

DEPOSIT

Deposit on puppies will be $400.00 to hold, full payment must be paid before release of puppy. Deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits can be made once they are 4 weeks . If no deposit is made puppies will be sold on first come basis.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Cashiers check, money order,  or cash.

SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any additional cost for shipping will be added to price.

PUPPY PRICE

Our puppies are registered through IOEBA. purebred olde english bulldogs. When you receive puppy you will receive temporary registration and you are responsible for permanent registration. Price is ___________ puppies cannot be transported on airline until they are 8 weeks old and included is well puppy check certificate along with papers. If puppy is not picked up by 10 weeks old with full payment, puppy and deposit will be forfeited.unless other arrangement's have been made.

ONE YEAR GUARANTEE

In the event of a death of a pet due to genetics  within one year from it's birth date, the seller shall replace the pet with another of equal value within one year. No cash refunds on the guarantee. Buyer is responsible for all veterinarian expenses accumulated on a replaced puppy, full medical documentation must explicitly and singularly identify that the cause of the puppies death was genetically related. Puppies will be vaccinated at 6 to 7 weeks old, puppies are wormed at 6 weeks and will be updated with shots and deworming. buyer is responsible for any shots after that. Upon purchase of puppy you will receive papers and well puppy check and shot record. If something unfortunately happens to puppy before the purchase is final buyer will receive refund or put money towards next litter. we do not sell olde english bulldog puppies for breeding purpose's but for the companionship of a having a pet.
